Shipping policy

We offer global shipping to about 20 countries!
Todac Studio ships from Seoul, Korea to destinations worldwide!
We offer both standard shipping(K–Packet) and expedited shipping(EMS), but sometimes, the shipping option is only restricted to expedited shipping because of the limited conditions.
The shipping cost varies depending on weight and the total purchase has to be under 1.5kg ( with packaging materials) because of the shipping difficulties.

Depending on the status of our manufacturers, some products may take longer. 
Please keep in mind that all delivery rates provided by Todac Studio and the EMS/K-Packet are estimates only.

We do not ship orders on weekends or Korean holidays. Occasional delays in processing time may happen due to high volume, especially around the holidays.

You will receive an automated shipment notification email once your order has been processed and shipped. If your package does not arrive within 30 business days from your shipment, please contact our customer service center.
Todac Studio is not responsible for packages sent back due to factors outside our control, such as the absence of the recipient, customs, etc. Additional shipping charges will result from such situations, which is not the same as our usual discounted shipping charge. When a shipment is sent back, there will be an email regarding the situation, and when proper action is not taken within 3 weeks, we reserve the right to dispose of the shipment.

COVID-19 and Holiday Delays

Your shipment may experience delays due to high volumes of shipments happening during the holidays and health precautions for COVID-19 that were set by the shipping couriers. We try our best to make sure that your package arrives within a reasonable amount of time, but we kindly request your patience while you wait for your package with unexpected delays. We ask that you should use your tracking number to see where your package is.


Order Cut-off Times

Orders placed on Friday - Sunday (or holidays) will not be processed until Monday (or the next business day, if there are holidays)

 

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

You may only ship to one address per order.

If you require shipping to multiple locations, please place separate orders. We do not offer bulk orders.

International import taxes & customs fees

If your package is shipping outside of South Korea, it may be subject to import taxes or customs fees. Todac Studio cannot control and is not responsible for any customs fees that your government may charge you for importing goods. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay customs fees. We are required by law to declare all items at their actual price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees. Please note that on occasion, customs may delay the delivery of some packages. If you have any questions regarding the customs policies of your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly.

Order Tracking Information

Shipping Confirmation & Receipt Emails

You will be sent an email for your order confirmation.
You can check up on the journey of your package by selecting the tracking/customs link located in your automated shipping notification email.
Once shipped, most packages will arrive within the estimated time, but occasional delays may occur, especially during busy holidays or extreme weather conditions. International shipments may experience delays due to customs inspections, which we, unfortunately, cannot control. All delivery times are estimates only, and are not guaranteed!
If your order is shipping via EMS International, please allow a maximum of 8 weeks from the shipment date for your package to arrive! This method is not fully trackable, and due to the unpredictability of international customs, exact delivery estimates cannot be provided.

If you used a guest account, you will need to use your email link to get your order details.

 

Damaged, Late, and Lost Orders

Damaged Orders

We do our best to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition. However, in the an unlikely event that your products arrive damaged, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve issues with damaged products. We advise that you keep all packaging and damaged products for the investigation.

Late Orders

If your item does not arrive within the expected delivery time, please review the tracking information to check where your package is and when it is expected to
arrive. We have as much information as you do.
If the item shows in transit, it is likely still on its way to you. You can contact the courier to see if there is additional information and for expected delivery times.
Please allow up to 14 days for late shipments to arrive. Also, Because of factors involved in shipping that is beyond our control, we cannot promise

Lost Orders

We do our best to ensure that you get your order. However, in the case that your package is lost by couriers, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue for you.

Often, packages are left at your door, or for pickup at your local post office.
Please ensure that you search your home for any packages or notices.

We will open a claim with the courier and determine where your package went.
This will normally take 7-14 days to investigate. If the investigation concludes that the package is lost, we will compensate your order with either a replacement or refund.

 

Invalid Address, Return to Sender

If your address is invalid or incomplete and your order cannot be processed, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order. We will try to contact you to get the correct address. In this case, your order will be expecting delays.

If your item was Returned to Sender, only the product value will be refunded and not the shipping fee, as we already incurred the shipping fees when we sent the item to you.

Address Changes & Redirecting An Order

Unfortunately, we cannot change your shipping address once the order has been placed. We recommend you contact us immediately if you need to change your address before we ship it out.
Once the shipment is in transit or delivered, you will be responsible for retrieving the item from the designated location. We cannot forward or redirect the item.
